Dr. Khankari is Board Certified Prosthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Prosthodontics. Dr. Khankari received his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He earned both a certificate of advanced graduate study in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee. He was also awarded a scholarship from the International Team for Oral Implantology to pursue a one-year certificate program in Implant Dentistry from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Khankari maintained a private practice in complex reconstructive, implant, and restorative dentistry since 2004, in association with Tufts Dental Associates, Boston before relocating to Brookline. Since 2004 Dr. Khankari has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at Tufts and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate dental students at Marquette and Harvard Universities as well. He has authored professional papers for meetings and conducted Continuing Education courses in conjunction with The Chicago Center for Advanced Dentistry both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Harry V. Temple received his bachelor’s degree at the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado, and worked as a petroleum engineer for two years in Oklahoma before deciding on dentistry as his career. Dr. Temple received his dental degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1976, and then completed a two-year prosthetic specialty program at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Temple has maintained a private practice in restorative dentistry since 1979, as well as teaching at both Harvard and Tufts dental schools over the past twenty years.
Brookline Dental Associates is born out of the merger of Dr Harry V Temple and Dr Nitin B Khankari.

Prosthetic dentistry includes the fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations. Emphasis is placed on prevention and patient education. Our range of services includes prophylaxis, radiographs, diagnosis, and inserting simple composite fillings through complete mouth rehabilitation.
Our clinical work includes complex reconstructive, all aspects of implant dentistry, smile design with veneers, removable denture treatments and comprehensive restorative treatment. Our expertise include utilizing state of the art techniques with excellent esthetic management even in the most complex situations like full mouth reconstructions on natural teeth or implants, patients with worn teeth, TMJ disorders. While treatment planning our special emphasis is on multidisciplinary approach to meet patients expectations.
